Our MEATico MEAT and FISH cabinets were the protagonists of MEAT & FISH SHOWCOOKING EXPERIENCE by our partners Massimo Nobili and Enrico Bigi.

Massimo for FISH aging and Enrico for MEAT aging alternated and revealed the substantial differences in the aging techniques of meat and fish, which may apparently seem similar.
